NH Pool must develop a vision for where it wants to be in ten years.
By
planning for our success, we make it possible to better decide what are
the best steps to take along the way and what exactly our priorities
need to be.
The Strategic Plan is to be based on the answers to questions like these:
What role will NH Pool serve in the community?
Who will it serve?
What will be offered?
How to pay for this?
What needs are most pressing?
How to develop a cash reserve for future maintenance and repairs?
How to pay off our mortgage and other debt?
Have ideas? Want to participate? Have some answers?
How does NH Pool shape itself for the next 40 years? What sort of amenities should be offered? How do we pay for it all? How do we make all the pieces fit together?
